Statement |  In Transmission I was interested in producing an exhibition of jewellery and interior lighting that looked at the parallels between the aesthetics of decorative objects and objects of technology.

From the catalogue - "Throughout the contemporary built environment, across the surface of buildings old and new, technology has grown, barnacle like and seemingly unnoticed. The satellite dish looks skyward as if in silent conversation, simultaneously an image of connection and distance. Perhaps this new technology of senders and receivers is so readily accepted into our everyday landscape because it mirrors something that is already within us."
